No payment options when trying to forward a candidate
How to resolve the You Must Select A Valid Payment Method
This page will explain why you are receiving the "You must select a valid payment option" and how to resolve this.
When attempting to forward a candidate you may see the message in the below screenshot.
Step 1
- Check that you have a payment method selected.
Step 2
- If there are no payment options please go to the Direct Engagement tab on the candidates profile as seen in the screenshot below.
Step 3
- if you see no details entered in any of the payment options please enter the correct details.
- Once you have entered the details please refresh your page and try select the Payment Method on the forward tab.
Step 4
- If you have checked the Direct Engagement tab and the details are already present and your still unable to select a Payment Method then please verify that the details entered are valid and try again.
- If you have followed these steps and you still can't select a Payment Method please raise this with our support desk at support@lms.uk.net
