How are candidate BANK DETAILS entered


Candidate bank details are no longer entered by the agency and instead are entered by the candidate


How does the candidate enter these details?

Candidate bank details are now entered into the Compliance Portal 


To access the Compliance Portal, either the agency can press the "send link for bank details" or the candidate can use the below link


Both options will take them to the Compliance Portal website where they can use the same details as the LMS website to login.


It's important to note they must use the same username in your portal else the inputted data wont come through to you. To see what it is please read this



As an agent, I can't enter the bank details

Changes in the functionality of this tab have been made where agency users no longer have access to change candidate bank details. The bank fields have been greyed out to prevent agents from making amendments. However, you still have access to see any inputed details made by the candidate

  • If a candidate is unsure of their LMS details, please refer to this page here
  • Unfortunately, LMS emails can end up in the spam/junk folder, please look for the most recent LMS email in this folder
  • If the candidate's username is blank. Please contact the LMS Technical Support team for assistance
