HELP! - I can't login to LMS


Please Note!

You can contact your Agent (if you work through an Agency) or your Manager (if you work directly for a Trust), and ask them to advise you of your username.  The Agent/Manager can also send you a password reset link (which can be used even if you've not set a password before)

Welcome Email

You should have received an automated 'Welcome to LMS' email. This will contain your username and a link to click to set a password for your account

Your email link will expire, so please set your password before the time specified in the email.

Once you have set a password you will be able to login into LMS from the following link https://login.lms.uk.net / https://login2.lms.uk.net 

Be aware failing to sign in too many times can lock your account for some time

What is my username?

Did you know?

If you have worked with multiple portals you will have multiple accounts, this means "Timmy Test" may have accounts such as

  • Timmy.test1 - DoctorsRus
  • Timmy.test2 - Mid and South Essex Trust


Some users have trouble logging in because they are already logged in with a username to a previous agency/trust that they worked for in the past, if you are experiencing this please go onto LMS and logout then try again

Point 1 in the image to the right → 

  • Your username should be your first name.last name (e.g timmy.test)
  • If you forget your username, use the hyperlink on the login page that says "Forgot your username?"
  • Once the email has been sent it will display a list of usernames that have been linked with that email.
  • You can not change your username only get a reminder of what it is.

What is my password?

Point 2 in the image to the right → 

  • Your password is something that should have been sent when you first registered your account or been set when you last updated it.
  • If you forget your password, use the hyperlink on the login page that says "Forgot your password?"
  • Once the email has been sent you will receive an email with a link.
  • Access the link and change your password to what you want it to be and click "Change password".

Have you checked your JUNK/SPAM folder?

Unfortunately, LMS emails can end up in the spam/junk folder, please look for the most recent LMS email in this folder
