Send a Password Reset Link from Agency Portal

Description of the issue

Agencies can now submit a password reset link directly to their candidates from the Agency Portal.

Resolution - How was it resolved?

Simply bring the candidate profile up on the agency portal and open it.

The reset password button will submit a password reset link to the email listed on the candidate profile.
