How to add shifts using the Rota Parser?

Description

How do I add shifts using the Rota Parser and how can I use it to create a job?

Resolution - How was it resolved?

Within the empty box, you should be able to add any date format and it will convert it to any shifts. In the scenario the system is not parsing correctly, the LMS support team will need to be contacted and then train the parser with a text snippet of the issue.

  • The system is able to convert the dates into shifts

This has resulted in 1 shift for the 25 Nov from 8 am to 6 pm

If you then save it will give the job that shift pattern

  • You are also able to add more than one shifts to the job

    This gives 2 shifts 25 Nov 8am to 6pm and 26 Nov 9am to 7pm

If you then hit save it will then create the 2 shifts on your job.

  • You are able to untick any shifts you do not want adding to the job

There was only 1 date but 3-time ranges. So for this, you can select which shift you want to include.

So as I have only 1 selected it will just create one shift on the job.
