Once an invoice is sent from Twillio, navigate to the PowerBI report fro MAT WEB

Put in the dates for the month the invoice is for

Open the email with the invoice from Twillio and forward this to:

C.PurchaseLedger@ngagerecruitment.com

Add the copy below and update the % as appropriate from the report.
