As an agency or trust user, you now have the ability to provide candidates with their details from your portal.

To do this please,

1. Access your LMS portal
2. Search for the candidate on the pink screen


3. Open the candidate's profile
4. From here you should see the candidate "username" and be able to send a reset link. Send these to the candidate, then they can then log in to submit their timesheets

It's worth noting the password reset link will go to the email listed against the candidate and may enter their spam/junk folder.
